Minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Previous experience in service engineering or a technical role is an added advantage.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or engineering systems.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Willing to travel to customer sites when required.

Able to work overtime or on-site when necessary.

Provide technical support, servicing, and troubleshooting for equipment and systems.

Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance works.

Diagnose technical issues and recommend suitable solutions.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.

Liaise with customers to understand service requirements and resolve technical issues.

Prepare service reports and maintenance records after completing service tasks.

Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers on technical and service matters.

Ensure all service work is completed according to required standards and timelines.
