Job Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounting, including monthly book closing and preparing financial reports

• Manage daily finance operations, including reviewing and approving payments, claims and bank transfers

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and tax filing obligations

• Work closely with internal departments for operation supports, financial and business analysis projects and process improvements

• Liaise with and handle requests from external auditors, bank, tax advisors and other stakeholders

• Support post-acquisition integration projects

• Handle ad hoc assignments required by the management from time to time

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance with CPA qualification

• At least 4 years of relevant working experience(Candidates from pure audit backgrounds are welcome）

• Strong team player with a passion to learn, build up the book, and take ownership of an entity

• Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional invoicing and operations teams

• Experience in medical industry is an advantage

• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application(i.e. Excel, Word) and accounting software especially Xero

• Immediate available is preferred

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
