Title: IT / Technical Recruiter

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Contract: 1 Year

Salary: RM5,000/month

KeyResponsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Source candidates for specialised and niche technology roles.
• Manage candidate and stakeholder expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Provide insights on talent availability, salary expectations and market trends.
• Build and maintain a strong technology talent pipeline.
• Manage interviews, offers and candidate placement.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of end-to-end technology recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in IT/technology hiring, preferably with Microsoft-related technologies.
• Executive search experience in niche or specialised talent is also welcome.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies independently.
