Responsibilities

• Provide on-site / online support to customers to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Manage and maintain day-to-day SharePoint site content and document libraries.
• Maintain proper folder structures, naming conventions and document classification.
• Assist departments in organising and migrating documents into SharePoint.
• Assist in setting up SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists and basic workflows based on business requirements.
• Perform other IT-related administrative and support duties or project as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience of desktop support in end users environment.
• Preferred with good knowledge in Microsoft Windows.
• Experience in managing SharePoint documents, libraries, lists and site content.
• Able to take initiative and work with minimum supervision.
• A responsible, self-motivated, meticulous and resourceful team player with good organizational and communication skills.
