"Handle all daily FBT logistics-related issues within seller chat groups:

• Claims issues: Request evidence per SOP, make preliminary judgments,

initiate complaint tickets on behalf of sellers, and track ticket resolution
progress. Escalate and follow up as needed until resolved

• Consult issues: Resolve immediately according to SOP. For issues that cannot

be resolved promptly, escalate to CSR Lead and track progress, providing
sellers with updates every 24 hours until resolution

• In the short term, track issues and resolution progress via a tracker; long term,

optimize through product capabilities (integrating seller Lark groups with
customer service workbench)

• Weekly report on historical and newly added issue resolution progress (reported

within the group)"

"- BA/BS degree preferred

• Mandarin + B2 English
• Typing Speed of at least 40 is preferred
• Significant experience in a complex fast paced environment
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Passion for ensuring an excellent user experience
