Relevant experience in F&B, restaurant, hospitality, or a supervisory role is preferred.

Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Able to supervise and coordinate service crew effectively.

Responsible, organised, and able to handle operational issues independently.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Good problem-solving skills and a hands-on working attitude.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.

Lead and support service crew to maintain good customer service standards.

Monitor staff attendance, work assignments, and shift operations.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service-related issues professionally.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service.

Ensure the restaurant is clean, organised, and ready for daily operations.

Monitor service quality and ensure employees follow company SOPs.

Assist with staff training and onboarding.

Support opening, closing, stock checking, and other operational duties as required.

Report operational issues and updates to management.
