About the role

We are seeking an efficient, results-driven Procurement Officer for our waste transfer station in Hong Kong to manage day-to-day purchasing, engineering sourcing, and contractor activities.

Tuen Mun / Shatin / Tsim Sha Tsui

Key responsibilities

• Purchase heavy equipment (compactors, cranes), engineering spare parts, chemicals, and PPE

• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with engineering vendors, maintenance workshops, and transport fleets

• Secure urgent technical services and parts during machinery breakdowns to minimize downtime

• Review vendor performance, manage supply agreements, and monitor procurement spend

• Oversee station store operations, manage stock levels of critical spare parts, perform regular stock takes, and optimize inventory turnover

About you

• 3–5 years experience in procurement, preferably from heavy industries, engineering, fleets, or logistics sectors

• Hands-on experience with NEC Option C contracts is highly preferred

• Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Kingdee system

• Fluent Cantonese and English, able to communicate effectively with local sub-contractors and technical teams

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, or a related discipline
