Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily communication and enquiries from customers.
• Receive and process customer orders and PO.
• Follow up on order status, production progress and delivery schedule.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Warehouse and other departments to fulfil customer requirements.
• Provide updates to customers on order and delivery status.
• Handle customer requests, complaints and follow-up.
• Prepare customer-related documents and reports.
• Maintain proper records of orders and customer information.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Customer Service, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in wire harness, electronics or semiconductor industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good in English and Mandarin.
• Basic Microsoft Office / Excel skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
