岗位职责
Responsibilities Include:
Addressing inquiries from potential clients.
Generating price quotations based on client specifications.
Developing interior design concepts and space layout proposals.
Creating layout plans and detailed design drawings using AutoCAD.
Overseeing project management and site coordination throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Collaborating closely with suppliers and subcontractors to facilitate a seamless project progression.
Requirements Include:
Minimum 1year experience in related field will be an advantage, however if not you are welcome too as we provide job training.
Good communication skills
Sales driven
Responsible
Self-motivated and committed
Positive and able to work independently.

– customised design proposal
– design & drawings submission for PE endorsements
– submissions to BCA, SCDF and relevant authorities
– project management for renovation works
