• Conduct research and development of speaker cone paper and related audio components
• Develop and improve new products, materials, formulations, and manufacturing processes
• Conduct product trials, testing and performance evaluation
• Analyze test results and prepare R&D technical reports
• Troubleshoot product and process-related technical issues
• Work closely with Production, Quality and other departments to improve product quality and production efficiency
• Support customer requirements and new product development projects
• Conduct continuous improvement activities to reduce defects, material usage and production costs
• Perform other R&D-related duties as assigned

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
