Job Summary
We are a MAS-licensed asset manager using quantitative AI to invest automatically for clients. We seek a motivated team member to manage daily client operations and support growth of our client base.
Responsibilities
Manage client data by processing queries and account applications to ensure accurate and timely client service
Support business, risk, and compliance audit functions by assisting in data collection and documentation to maintain regulatory standards
Contribute to digital marketing initiatives and projects by collaborating with the marketing team to enhance client engagement and brand presence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and contribute to business growth
Exhibit an outgoing personality to build rapport and foster client relationships
Apply good networking skills to expand client base and professional connections
Utilize digital skills to support marketing and operational tasks effectively
Hold a diploma or degree as a foundation for understanding finance and technology concepts
Show passion for finance and technology to align with company values and mission
