Key Responsibilities

1.Support the operations of our cross-border remittance business in Asian markets, including transaction and order follow-up.

2.Act as a point of contact for users in the region, responding to enquiries and operational requests in a timely manner.

3.Manage company WeChat channels and customer communities, handle user enquiries and feedback, and follow up on issues through to resolution.

4.Collect customer feedback and market insights, and work with the Product team to identify product and process improvements.

5.Coordinate with Customer Support, Compliance, Operations and other internal teams to resolve customer and transaction-related issues.

6.Support process improvements and other market and business operations activities as required.

Requirements

1.Diploma or above; qualifications in Business, Finance, Marketing or related fields are preferred.

2.1+ years of experience in customer service, market operations, payments, financial services or related industries is preferred.

3.Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer enquiries patiently and professionally.

4.Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented, with good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

5.Comfortable with basic data handling skills.

6.Good interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.

7.Strong bilingual written and spoken language proficiency to support users across Asian markets.
