We are looking for responsible and service-oriented individuals to support the daily operations of a university fitness facility within Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

This role is suitable for applicants who enjoy working independently in a fitness environment and are comfortable handling frontline operations during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day gym counter and facility operations

* Perform facility opening and closing duties

* Attend to enquiries from gym users and members

* Conduct basic access and safety checks within the gym

* Ensure safe and orderly use of equipment and facilities

* Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies according to SOPs

* Escalate operational or maintenance issues when required

Requirements

* Possess valid Standard First Aid + CPR/AED certification

* Able to work independently during assigned shifts

* Responsible, punctual and comfortable handling frontline duties

* Customer service experience is an advantage

* Interest in fitness, sports or gym environments preferred
