Job Summary

You will support full-stack application development and deployment, improving prototypes into production-ready solutions. Collaborate with teams to maintain environments, automate deployments, and ensure application reliability and observability.

Responsibilities

• Support full-stack application development, including front-end, back-end, APIs, and integrations to deliver robust solutions.
• Refactor and productionize prototypes developed by forward-deployed teams to enhance code quality, structure, maintainability, and reliability.
• Set up and maintain development, testing, and deployment environments to ensure smooth software delivery.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment automation to accelerate release cycles.
• Configure logging, monitoring, observability, and alerting systems to support applications during pilots and production deployment.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and performance.
• Investigate, reproduce, and resolve bugs and technical issues identified during user testing and live pilots to maintain system stability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and agency users to quickly resolve implementation issues and improve user experience.
• Build and deploy full-stack web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, and Python frameworks.
• Apply software engineering best practices including Git version control, automated testing, and code review to maintain codebase integrity.
• Utilize DevOps and deployment tools such as Docker, CI/CD platforms, and cloud or container-based environments to streamline operations.
• Monitor application performance and observability to proactively identify and address issues.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience building or deploying AI-enabled applications, large language model (LLM)-based workflows, or agentic systems.
