We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Baker to join our bakery team!

Job Responsibilities



Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries and other bakery products according to recipes and SOPs


Handle dough preparation, mixing, fermentation, shaping, proofing and baking


Ensure consistent product quality, taste and presentation


Monitor daily production and ensure products are ready on time


Guide and support junior bakers in daily operations


Maintain proper stock levels and assist with ingredient ordering


Control food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients


Maintain cleanliness of the bakery, equipment and work areas


Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards


Assist with new product development when required


Perform other duties assigned by the Head Baker / Management



Requirements



Minimum 2–3 years of relevant bakery experience


Good knowledge of bread and pastry production


Able to work independently and as part of a team


Able to guide and supervise junior team members


Good understanding of dough fermentation, proofing and baking techniques


Responsible, organised and detail-oriented


Able to work in a fast-paced environment


Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays


Food Safety Course Level 1 certification preferred
