Job Summary

Assist customers by accurately taking orders, processing payments, and promoting menu items. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service, maintain cleanliness, handle feedback, and support daily restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

Assist customers by answering questions and guiding menu selections to enhance their dining experience

Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently to ensure smooth transactions

Promote food, beverages, special offers, and promotional items to increase sales

Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere

Serve food and beverages while verifying order accuracy before delivery to customers

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and serving of orders

Maintain cleanliness and organize dining and service areas to meet hygiene standards

Replenish food, beverages, packaging, and supplies promptly to support continuous service

Perform opening and closing duties to prepare and secure the restaurant environment

Handle customer feedback by listening attentively and referring complaints to supervisors or managers as needed

Support daily restaurant operations by performing additional tasks assigned by management
