An opportunity is available for a Staff Nurse to provide professional nursing care and support within a community healthcare setting. This role is suitable for nurses who enjoy delivering patient-focused care and are looking for a structured contract opportunity with potential for renewal.

Job Description

• Provide nursing care and services to patients in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols.
• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor patients' health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform basic nursing procedures and clinical interventions.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical conditions.
• Provide health education and guidance to patients where required.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing and medical documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals and other healthcare teams to support patient care.
• Respond appropriately to patients' needs and escalate clinical concerns when necessary.
• Ensure proper infection control and adherence to workplace safety and healthcare standards.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised clinical environment.
• Participate in other nursing or clinical duties as assigned.

• Able to work effectively in a team and adapt to operational requirements.
