Job Description

Our client is seeking: Sales Associate for Luxury Beauty Brand at duty free stores in Changi Airport

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively meet sales targets
• Share product knowledge to customers
• Demonstrate proper usage of products to customers
• Ensure smooth flow of customer service, maintaining daily housekeeping and merchandising
• Work as a team with store colleagues
• Adapt to fast changes in store environment

Incentives vary based on sales performance and monthly sales target.

Requirements

• Willing to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays (19-22 9-hour shifts a month)
• Minimum ‘O’ level/diploma or equivalent level of education
• Additional education in relevant field or demonstration of extensive knowledge in beauty and skincare products is helpful
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry
• Sales driven and proactive
• Team player with a positive mindset and pleasant disposition
• Enjoy operating in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication skills
