Work Location: Venture Drive
Work time: 5-day work week, Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-6:00PM

Job Description:
Manage client onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
Proactively follow up with clients to address their needs, resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
Prepare and maintain client-related documents, correspondence and service updates
Maintain accurate client records and track service progress
Assist in implementing initiatives to improve client experience and operational efficiency
Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent service quality
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Must have 1–3 years of client servicing or customer-facing experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate services firm
Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
Proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with good follow-up skills
Able to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
