We are looking for a proactive and guest-oriented Assistant Guest Service Manager to support the management of daily Front Office operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards. The role will oversee the Guest Service team and take charge of Front Office operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Personally welcome and attend to VIP, Penthouse and Long-Term Guests.
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Organise and coordinate monthly Guest Retention Programmes (GRP).
• Supervise and guide Guest Service Officers, Guest Service Agents and Telephone Operators.
• Monitor departmental expenses and maintain accurate operational records.
• Conduct regular apartment inspections and assist with site inspections for potential clients.
• Prepare monthly departmental performance reports for the Front Office Manager.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Support management activities and attend departmental and operational meetings.
• Take full responsibility for Front Office operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent guest relations and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,253.33 per month
