Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asia.
• Generate new leads through market research, networking and industry contacts.
• Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare commercial proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements.
• Coordinate orders, production planning and delivery schedules with international factories and suppliers.
• Lead new product development projects, coordinating with factories and production managers.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and business opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain sales forecasts, business plans and sales reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
• Conduct regular business trips within Southeast Asia to develop customer relationships and explore new opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven sales track record.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the kitchenware, housewares, hand tools or related industries.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proactive, responsible and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Southeast Asia.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary:
SGD 7,000

Mobile Phone Allowance:
SGD50/month
