Guiding theorganization’s activities

  • Identifyingopportunities to improve a business’ policies or objectives
  • Ensuring acompany is operating securely and effectively
  • Preparing andreviewing operational reports
  • Leadingand/or participating in meetings
  • Assistingmanagers in compiling annual budget informationand reports
  • Maintainingall policies and procedures manuals
  • Hiring andtraining administrative staff
  • Delegatingtasks to administrative assistants
  • Creatingpersonnel folders for new hires
  • Monitoringand projecting staffing needs
  • Overseeingdepartment budget planning and development
  • Managing andmaintaining all department databases
  • Performingclerical accounting and general office duties asneeded
  • Developingstrong relationships with cross-functional teamsand departments
  • Able to workwith long hours, weekend and public holiday
