We are seeking a responsible and dependable Logistics Assistant to support daily logistics and transportation operations. The role involves delivering and collecting equipment and parts, transporting staff to designated sites, preparing shipping documentation, and coordinating with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate should possess a valid Class 4 driving license, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, and be willing to assist with various logistics and operational duties as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect equipment, spare parts and other materials using company lorries or vans.

• Transport staff to project sites, work locations and designated drop-off points when required.

• Prepare and handle import and export documentation, including shipping documents and delivery records.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and relevant parties to track shipments and follow up on delivery schedules.

• Ensure the safe handling, transportation and delivery of equipment and materials.

• Maintain proper records of deliveries, collections and related logistics activities.

• Support daily logistics operations and assist with other departmental duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 4 driving license.

• Responsible, reliable and safety-conscious, with a positive working attitude.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Able to follow instructions and coordinate effectively with colleagues and external parties.

• Willing to perform both driving and administrative duties as required.

• Prior experience in logistics, delivery or shipping documentation will be an advantage.
