Job Description
Wash, peel and prepare basic food ingredients.
Assist in preparing menu items such as tempura, noodle dishes and deep-fried starters.
Unpack, organise and store food supplies properly, ensuring correct stock rotation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including work areas, floors and equipment.
Perform dishwashing duties and dispose of kitchen waste appropriately.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Job Requirements
On-the-job training will be provided.
Basic food preparation or kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential.
Positive attitude, responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to the roster.
