JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to start work with short notice period
• LOCAL MALAYSIAN candidate ONLY
• Possess own vehicle with valid license
• Detail-oriented, able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Possess a strong sense of sensibility, commitment, and discipline
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision

JOB SCOPE:

• Site valuations or measurement for claim and payment to subcontractor.
• Handle pre and post contract.
• Prepared forecast budgeting and actual for project.
• Attend kick off meetings/weekly meetings/management meetings if necessary.
• Prepare monthly report progress claim and sub-contractor' payment certificate.
• Taking off quantities and valuation order evaluation.
• Liaise with consultants, domestic sub-contractors, nominated sub-contractor and client
• Prepare and ensure timely submission of Contractors Monthly progress claim.
• Prepared pricing for tender preparation, documentation & tender estimation.
• Prepared proposed and material approval
• Good in Contractual terms on the extension of time, loss & expanse and etc.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Certificate.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 1-3 Years

SALARY:

RM2,800.00 – RM3,500.00

WORKING HOURS:

Monday to Friday : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Saturday : 8.30 am - 12.30 pm
