JOB VACANCY: ASSEMBLER (GRADE A1 – A4)

POSITION AVAILABLE

1. Assembler (Grade A1 – A2)

• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without relevant experience are welcome.
• Basic assembly skills and willingness to learn.
• Training will be provided.

Employment Status: Contract.

2. Senior Assembler (Grade A3 – A4)

• Minimum qualification: SKM3 or Diploma.
• Relevant working experience in technical assembly, precision mechanical assembly, cleanroom operations, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience in vacuum valves, semiconductor or machinery manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Able to perform assembly tasks according to quality and production requirements.

Employment Status: DIRECT PERMANENT POSITION.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform assembly operations according to work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Handle precision components and assembly tools carefully.
• Ensure products meet the required quality standards.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow workplace safety requirements.
• Achieve daily production targets and meet departmental requirements.
• Report any quality or production issues to the supervisor.

WORKING HOURS & SHIFT

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Shift Rotation: 4-2 / 5-2 (depending on department requirements).

SALARY & ALLOWANCES

Candidates are entitled to the following allowances:

• Shift Allowance: RM9/day (Day Shift) | RM15/day (Night Shift)
• Meal Subsidy: RM8/day
• Transportation Allowance: RM5/day
• Attendance Allowance: RM100/month
• Toll Allowance: Claimable based on residential location.
