We are seeking a System Analyst to gather, analyse and document business and system requirements. The candidate will work as a link between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and clarify business and system requirements.
• Prepare Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and User Requirements Specifications (URS).
• Develop user stories and functional documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm scope and expected outcomes.
• Work with developers and QA teams during implementation.
• Track requirement changes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support testing and validate that solutions meet agreed requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant System Analyst experience.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Familiarity with SRS, URS and user story preparation.
• Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
