Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Manage vehicle and lorry insurance, road tax, APAD permits and PUSPAKOM inspections.
• 2. Handle KPDN diesel subsidy matters and verify drivers’ fuel receipts.
• 3. Handle Singapore road tax, insurance and Autopass applications.
• 4. Manage vehicle purchase agreements and related documentation.
• 5. Verify creditors’ invoices, product price lists and payment vouchers.
• 6. Handle petty cash and liaise with government departments.
• 7. Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending tasks and maintain proper documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in AutoCount and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Logistics or transportation background is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred
