岗位职责

  • Recognised degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification acceptable to the Employer.
  • At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in resident or site supervision.
  • Experience supervising at least one large-scale, complex building development of comparable nature.
  • Valid registration/accreditation under the applicable IES/ACES RE/RTO Registry for C&S, maintained throughout deployment.
  • Must meet prevailing statutory qualification and accreditation requirements if appointed as a statutory site supervisor.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices, quality control, WSH and relevant authority specifications.
