Job requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in IPQC / production quality control.

• Experience in die casting manufacturing is an advantage.

• Knowledge of in-process inspection and quality control methods.

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

• Familiar with QC tools (7 QC tools basic).

• Understanding of Control Plan, SOP, and WI.

• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF (advantage)

• Attention to detail

• Basic problem-solving skills

• Good documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Communication skills (internal coordination)

Job description

• Perform in-process inspection at production line.

• Conduct patrol inspection.

• Check product dimensions, appearance, and workmanship according to drawing/specification.

• Monitor production parameters and ensure compliance with control plan.

• Identify and report any abnormality or defect during production.

• Ensure proper use of measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.).

• Record inspection data and maintain proper documentation.

• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.

• Ensure quality status identification (OK / NG / HOLD).

• Follow safety, quality procedures, and 5S practices.
