Requirements

  • 至少 SPM 或同等学历

  • 拥有诊所、服务业或客户服务经验者优先（欢迎应届毕业生，提供培训）

  • 良好的中文、英文及马来文沟通能力（能以中文接待华语病患）

  • 基本电脑操作能力

  • 仪表端庄、有耐心、细心，具团队合作精神

  • 愿意在週末上班

Responsibilities

  • 热情接待到访的病患

  • 接听电话、回复 WhatsApp 及现场询问

  • 安排、更改及管理病患预约

  • 维护及更新病患资料

  • 处理账单、收款及基本发票事务

  • 与牙医协调每日排程

  • 协助诊所日常行政工作（订购用品、归档等）
