Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or Cloud Certifications are an added advantage.

Minimum 8 years of working experience in IT support, system administration, or digital transformation projects.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, storage, and end-user support.

Experience with cloud technologies, ERP systems, automation tools, and digital transformation initiatives is preferred.

Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, IT governance, and disaster recovery processes is an advantage.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Provide technical support to users at all levels for hardware, software, network, and application issues.

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network equipment, and end-user devices.

Manage user accounts, access rights, and system security in compliance with company policies.

Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents in accordance with agreed service levels (SLAs).

Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper asset lifecycle management.

Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.

Support the planning and implementation of IT transformation initiatives, including system upgrades, cloud migration, automation tools, and ERP modules.

Conduct research and recommend innovative IT solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Assist in reviewing business processes and identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and support system implementation.

Liaise with vendors and service providers on procurement, project implementation, and ongoing technical support.

Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements.

Support IT audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery activities.

Promote information security awareness and digital best practices across the organization.

Prepare IT performance reports, incident logs, and project status updates.

Communicate effectively with management and end-users by providing timely technical guidance and project updates.
