What you’ll be doing?

• Liaise and build strong relationships with co-loader to explore new business opportunities and drive new business growth

• Rate negotiation with airlines, co-loaders business and individual customers

• Need yield management and achieve agreed sales targets and business objectives

• Have the strong capability to analysis individual business and market trends to ensure good rates and space

• Consistent monitoring of the subordinate daily work activities, be able to resolve the trouble/urgent case independently

• Cooperate with management and other divisions

• Assist in ad hoc projects & Managing Director's instruction

Who are we looking for?

• Form 6 or above

• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in air freight forwarding industry.

• Ability to multitask, independent, initiative, responsible, teamwork and resourceful

• Good customer network for business development

• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Good command in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
