Our client, a construction-related company, is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Wan Chai head office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing quotations, tender documents, and project time schedules to ensure on-time submission of tender applications
• Manage and maintain the tender library, ensuring all documentation is current, organized, and easily accessible
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions
• Maintain records of all tender-related communications and documentation
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Proficient in Cantonese, basic English for document handling
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in Cantonese

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:15, Saturday 09:00-12:30 (Alternative Saturday off), 5.5 working days per week
Salary: $20,000 - $24,000 per month
