Company Profile
We are a growing F&B company with several outlets across Singapore and plans for further expansion. We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and organised HR Executive to support our growing team and daily HR operations.
Job Responsibilities
Handle monthly payroll processing using Times Software and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
Manage employee income tax matters, including preparation and submission of relevant tax information and filings.
Maintain and administer the HR system, including employee leave records, attendance, and personnel files.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations through the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) website.
Prepare, issue, and maintain HR-related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other employee correspondence.
Prepare and update HR reports for management review.
Handle daily HR and administrative matters, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding.
Coordinate and respond to MOM surveys and other statutory or government surveys, where applicable.
Ensure HR records and processes comply with relevant Singapore employment laws and regulations.
Liaise with employees, management, and relevant government authorities on HR-related matters.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR working experience.
Experience in payroll processing and Times Software will be an advantage.
Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and MOM work pass procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Able to multitask, work independently, and demonstrate initiative.
Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
