Responsibilities

In charge of supervising & coordinatingday-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, safety and qualitycontrol.

In charge of monitor the daily progress ofwork-on-site, identifying potential delays or issues and implementing necessary

Responsible for coordination, supervision &monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization,materials planning & ordering and adjustments to keep the project on track.

Oversee the preparation of monthly progress reportsfor in-house, owner, and consultant submissions, highlighting key achievementsand milestones.

Attend meetings and conduct site inspections onwork progress to ensure quality control by authority requirements.

Maintain safe and clean working environment andensure compliances according to standard rules and regulations

Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned byConstruction Manager/ Project Manager/ Project Director.

Requirement

Min Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant

Min 3 years’ experience in main contractor on projects of similar scale, nature and complexity.

Alternate 5.5 days.
