We’re hiring a Communications Assistant (Media & Event) to support media engagement activities, coordinate events, and assist with communications-related initiatives. If you have experience in content writing and editing, media coordination, or event support, this role could be a good fit for you.

 Nearest MRT: Woodlands North
 Working Hours: Mon – Thurs: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
 Salary: $2760/Month

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assist in preparing and coordinating media materials for organizational events and initiatives.
Support the planning and execution of media-related activities, including coordinating media interviews.
Monitor and track media coverage and assist in compiling reports and statistics.
Provide administrative, logistical and operational support for events and projects.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Strong writing, editing and organizational skills with good attention to detail.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
Familiarity with design and editing tools such as Canva or similar platforms would be an added advantage.
