is seeking a
Project Manager
to join their dynamic team:

MacPherson
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.30pm/ 10am to 7pm
Salary Package:
Up to $7,500 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Define project scope, deliverables, budgets, and detailed schedules using established project management methodologies.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), monitor timelines, manage resource allocation, and resolve roadblocks.
Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical specifications from key stakeholders.
Perform impact assessments for Change Requests (CRs), define Scope of Works (SOW), and advise on alignment with system goals.
Oversee quality assurance processes; develop System Acceptance Test (SAT) plans, test scripts, and coordinate SIT and UAT.
Structure incident management processes, track issue trends, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Plan user training post-launch for smooth product transition.
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal development teams, and external vendor partners.
Prepare progress reports, conduct executive briefings, and maintain clear communications regarding project health.
Job Requirements:
At least Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT or software development projects, particularly web-based applications.
At least 1 year of experience with enterprise content management platforms such as SharePoint, Sitefinity or Sitecore.
Proven track record of delivering at least 2 complete software development projects using Agile methodology.
Practical exposure to content inventory, content auditing or migration activities.
Familiarity with system testing, change management, incident handling and contract administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and MS Project.
Experience or certifications in PMP, CITPM, Scrum, AWS, Azure, SQL databases, ASP.NET Core, frontend development or CI/CD practices will be an advantage.
