Test Manager- Banking Domain

Relevant experience required
Min. 13 years in Test Management and SDLC, with a track record of leading/delivering IT projects/programmes in functional and technical testing; 10-12 years in Banking/Financial Institution environment; 5-10 years leading large IT program teams in banking-related testing; experience managing a large direct team (Test Managers, Test Leads, Test Analysts)

Required skills
ISTQB CTAL-TM certification (mandatory); Jira and Confluence (mandatory); Zephyr; Test Strategy/Test Plan/Test Approval Report development; Functional and Non-Functional testing coordination; test data preparation; defect triage and escalation management; status reporting, metrics/SLA reporting; risk mitigation and stakeholder management; Waterfall and Agile testing project experience; wide variety of testing techniques and tools (functional and technical); business acumen and strategic planning; willing to work extended hours when needed

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
