Minimum 2 years working experience in project & construction industries.

Good presentation skills of company profile & product knowledge

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Sound knowledge of construction & architecture, or corporate world

Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.

Persistent, persuasive and enthusiastic.

Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

Great networking abilities.

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentations to meet developers' set deadline.

High-level communication skills.

Conflict resolution with all parties.

Proven ability to negotiate & close sales in property, construction, engineering, hospitalism & wellness industries.

Experience working to and exceeding targets set by the management.

Multi-tasking during Work From Home, preferably with digitalized marketing skill.

The ability to self-motivate and preferably to motivate team members.

Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
