Industry Marketing Lead, Singapore & APAC Financial Services

Shape industry growth across Singapore. Build Accenture's voice in Financial Services across APAC. This is a unique leadership opportunity combining responsibility for industry marketing in Singapore with ownership of the Financial Services (FS) industry agenda across APAC.

As both a market lead and industry specialist, you'll work at the intersection of business strategy, growth and marketing. You'll partner with senior leaders, identify emerging opportunities, shape industry narratives and mobilise cross-functional teams to bring Accenture's industry expertise to market.

You'll be the APAC team's trusted FS advisor, helping translate global priorities into locally relevant opportunities while strengthening Accenture's industry presence in Singapore.

This is a highly visible player-coach role for someone who enjoys influencing strategy, building relationships and turning ideas into impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead industry marketing strategy and planning for Singapore

Act as APAC's FS marketing specialist and trusted advisor.

Identify growth opportunities, market trends and client priorities.

Shape campaigns, thought leadership, events and industry narratives.

Lead cross-market initiatives and virtual teams across APAC.

Build strong relationships with senior business and marketing stakeholders.

Connect industry marketing activity to commercial outcomes and growth.

What You'll Bring

Strong experience in B2B, industry, growth or strategic marketing.

Commercial acumen and an understanding of how marketing supports business growth.

Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Experience working across regional or global matrix organisations.

The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Industry, Banking, Capital Markets or Insurance experience is helpful but not essential.
