1. Security Procedures & Compliance
Follow all established security SOPs, company policies and instructions. Perform assigned security duties in accordance with company requirements and report any non-compliance to the immediate superior.

2. Access Control
Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors and vehicles. Verify identification, visitor passes and relevant documents before allowing access to company premises.

3. Security Patrol
Conduct scheduled security patrols around the factory, office, warehouse, perimeter and other designated areas. Identify and report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, safety hazards or abnormalities.

4. Guard House Operations
Perform daily guard house duties, including visitor and contractor registration, vehicle monitoring, pass issuance and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.

5. Visitor & Contractor Control
Register all visitors and contractors entering the premises and ensure they comply with company security and safety requirements.

6. Container & Tanker Security
Perform security checks on containers and tankers according to established procedures [GCCM-SCP-015]. Immediately report any irregularities or suspicious findings to the immediate superior.

7. Inter-Site Mail & Parcel Control
Receive, record and control incoming and outgoing mail, documents and parcels according to established procedure [GCCM-SCP-021].

8. Transportation Monitoring
Monitor and maintain records of company transportation activities in accordance with established procedure [GCCM-SCP-046]. Ensure relevant transportation records are complete and up to date.

9. CCTV Surveillance
Monitor CCTV systems and security areas as assigned. Report suspicious activities and any defects involving CCTV, lighting, fencing, gates, doors or other security facilities.

10. Vehicle Inspection
Conduct vehicle inspections when required and monitor vehicles entering and leaving company premises. Report suspicious items, unauthorized movement or irregularities immediately.

11. Incident Control & Reporting
Respond to security incidents within the scope of assigned duties. Immediately report incidents such as theft, trespassing, accidents, suspicious activities or security breaches to the Security Supervisor or immediate superior. Assist with investigations when required.

12. Emergency Response
Assist during emergencies such as fire, medical emergencies, evacuation or other incidents in accordance with established emergency procedures and instructions.

13. Protection of Company Property
Safeguard company property, equipment and premises against theft, damage, unauthorized access and other security risks.

14. Communication & Escalation
Maintain clear communication with other security personnel and relevant departments. Immediately escalate serious incidents, abnormalities or unresolved security matters to the Security Supervisor or immediate superior.

15. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain complete and accurate security records, including visitor logs, vehicle records, patrol records, incident reports, handover records and other required documentation.

General Responsibilities

Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Management from time to time and maintain confidentiality of company and security-related information.
