Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/ Surveying Works in construction firm for senior post.
PC Literate (MS word / Excel).
5-day work week.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers.
Able to prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and cost evaluation.
Evaluate Contract/ Sub-Contract works.
Carry out other Contracts Administration activities.
We are a local B1 Building/Civil Engineering Contractor, looking for suitably qualified and committed candidates to be part of our team in the following capacities
