Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, coordinate, and update shop drawings, technical drawings, and detailed construction drawings based on project requirements, specifications, and approved designs.
• Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, consultants, clients, and fabricators to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.
• Review project scope, drawings, and technical documents to identify potential issues and recommend design improvements where necessary.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, fabrication requirements, statutory regulations, and relevant authority standards.
• Conduct site measurements, site verification, and drawing checks to confirm dimensions, connections, and installation details before submission and fabrication.
• Revise and amend drawings based on consultant, client, or fabrication feedback to maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation.
• Prepare drawing submissions, transmittals, and related documentation for consultant and client approvals.
• Maintain proper filing, indexing, and storage of all drawing records in both electronic and hardcopy formats.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining drawing quality.
• Provide technical support and explain drawings to project, production, and construction teams to facilitate smooth execution of works.
• Ensure materials and final designs meet quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Architectural/M&E discipline or equivalent
• Prior ID experience in construction/fit-out/building industry is an advantage
• Ability to communicate well.
• Works well under pressure
• Meticulous with an attention to details
• Good planning and organization skills
