Key Responsibilities

Drive company directors, management, and staff to meetings, appointments, site visits and other business-related destinations.

Ensure passengers arrive safely and punctually at their destinations.

Maintain the assigned company vehicle in a clean, safe, and well-maintained condition.

Conduct daily checks on the vehicle, including fuel, tyres, engine oil, water and other basic maintenance requirements.

Arrange and send the vehicle for scheduled servicing, maintenance and repairs when required.

Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival.

Perform pick-up and drop-off duties as instructed by management.

Assist with collecting and delivering company documents, parcels, materials, and other items as required.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle servicing, maintenance, mileage, fuel usage and other relevant expenses.

Comply with all Malaysian traffic laws, road safety regulations and company policies.

Maintain confidentiality regarding company and management matters.

Report any vehicle accident, damage, traffic offence or mechanical problem to management immediately.

Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

Valid Malaysian Driving Licence (Class D).

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant driving experience preferred.

Good knowledge of roads and routes in Johor Bahru and other areas of Malaysia.

Clean and safe driving record.

Punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and well-disciplined.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. (English speaking is mandatory)

Able to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends or public holidays when required.

Well-groomed and presentable.

Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism when dealing with company directors, clients, and business partners.
