Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to cost control.

Strong knowledge of full-set accounts, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Proficiency in UBS Accounting Software, Info-Tech Accounting Software.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) for trading, property, and machinery divisions.

Track budgets, analyses variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Prepare monthly management accounts and consolidation reports.

Review supplier invoices, purchase orders, claims, and payment vouchers for accuracy and compliance.

Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory bodies.

Maintain proper documentation, filing, and compliance with accounting standards.

Assist with financial controls, internal audits, and process improvements.
