Job Description – Product Master Data Planner

Work Mode: Fully Onsite Experience: Minimum 3 Years Industry: Semiconductor Manufacturing

Job Summary

The Product Master Data Planner is responsible for managing product master data, Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and maintenance, and product lifecycle data governance. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Engineering, and Product Marketing, to ensure data accuracy and support product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain BOM items throughout the product lifecycle, from introduction to discontinuance.
• Support BOM change requests and resolve BOM-related issues.
• Maintain product master data accuracy and governance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Product Marketing teams.
• Support continuous improvement of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Analyze product data and prepare reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Master Data, BOM Management, Product Data Planning, or related Supply Chain roles within semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems and PLM software.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and Windchill PLM is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accountability, and ownership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Macros, SQL, or other data querying languages is an added advantage.
