Department: Site Operations
Location: Singapore
Reports to: Construction Manager or Director (Operations)

Role Overview

Lead site operations and theconstruction team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliancewith quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction works, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/EHS requirements.
• Resolve site issues, drawing discrepancies, and variations.
• Manage project costs, reports, progress payments, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Review tenders, interview subcontractors, and recommend subcontract awards.
• Lead and train site engineers and supervisors.
• Conduct site progress meetings and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure CoreTrade compliance, timely EPSS and C-Score submissions, and proper project documentation.
• Complete final accounts and upload project documents to SharePoint within three months of TOP.
• Improve construction processes, productivity, and site performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related building discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of C&S, M&E, and architectural works.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulatory approval processes, the Building Control Act, and applicable regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
