  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet restaurant standards.
  • Supervise and guide kitchen staff during daily operations.
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and menu execution.
  • Monitor stock levels, food costs, and kitchen hygiene.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
