Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced End-to-End Solution Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CTI Integration to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Tele-Sales solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture.

Design and govern CTI integrations, including click-to-dial, screen pop, call recording, omnichannel interactions, and agent desktop capabilities.

Ensure scalability, performance, security, and alignment with business requirements.

Lead Salesforce integrations, data migration, reporting, and automation.

Design Salesforce APIs and enterprise integration frameworks.

Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and enterprise architects.

Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, solution estimation, risk management, and deployment planning.

Ensure compliance with Salesforce architecture standards and best practices.
